A regular came thru drive today, ordered 2 venti pink drinks & 1 grande white chocolate mocha. She pulled up to the window and ended up being short $10 on her app. She started to argue with the green bean about it, saying that she should have enough money for the 3 drinks. We called our SM over to handle the situation & our SM said that it’s fine, she doesn’t have to pay the $10. We hand her all the drinks and she tells us that she wants a venti white chocolate mocha, not a grande. We all just looked at each other like ??? She then goes on a rant and kept saying that “she’s a regular” 🙄 Who literally gives a shit. We don’t owe you anything. You were already short $10. Not even $1… $10. And now you’re complaining about receiving a grande? Even though you ordered a grande? Why the hell would you still ask for a venti when you didn’t have enough money to pay for the three drinks to begin with.
I’m sick of being walked all over. This job allows customers to treat us like punching bags.
