If the customer wants light ice, do half the ice and keep the ratios, but add more liquid to get the drink full. No it might not be perfect. However “put whatever they feel like” lmao no.

... They're right though? Some baristas will just do the regular amount of liquid, some will add more to fill the cup. A no-ice drink will often not taste the same, especially shaken ones
