so i have my ssv interview next week and im not sure what to expect. any tips for preparation? anything to be aware of?

You can access the interview questions on the partner hub. Most of the questions are about coaching in different aspects. I recommend writing down the coaching moments after each shift so you have a good description that is fresh from the moment they happen.
PRO TIP. Your interviewer will be very impressed if you can provide examples of a barista(you) successfully coaching your SSVs. Coaching your peers as a SSV is one of the hardest parts of the job. So if you can show your already doing it. You will look very well prepared for the promotion. Good luck! :)
