I avoid antivaxxers like the plague they are.

Only an unvaccinated person would ask this. Get vaccinated, no excuse not to.

So far there isn’t a nationwide vaccine mandate in effect, only some local ones. Managers should be encouraging people to disclose their vaccination status but not outright asking people whether they’re vaccinated.

I would strongly prefer people I work with to get vaccinated if they’re able to, I’m so so tired of this

I think if I read the weekly update right, managers will reach out to you eventually when the need for vaccines is in place. Most of the people who already vax should of showed/told their manager already because of the pay they get for the shots.

based on what I was told by my manager and the last several weekly updates, the company is trying to gauge how the vaccine mandate will work for unvaccinated partners. It will most likely include mandatory weekly covid tests so I think they are trying to get an idea of how many covid tests they might need to provide and if the company will be the one required to provide them?? I’m so tired of all this I wish people would just stop BSing themselves and get vaccinated

It's optional whether we want to disclose that to our manager or not where I live, it's not mandatory.
I know everyone I work with including myself is vaccinated which I'm thankful for. I'm not comfortable working with anyone who is against getting vaccinated.

im pretty sure theyre only asking you to disclose so you can get payed if you have to quarantine. but the rules could’ve changed, my manger told me that in august or september
