The holidays really bring out the worst in people. I worked at a campus starbucks 2-3 years ago before this position, and safe to say i'd rather deal with college students than WASP-y Karen soccer moms, or shitty entitled Republican oilfield workers, who think they know my job better than I do. Idk

I’ve adopted a permanent deadpan demeanor to deal with those people. You’re standing there and watching me, a single barista, making 10-20 drinks by myself and you want to complain that you haven’t gotten yours yet? Cry me a river, and then mop the floor while you’re at it.
