I've worked for Starbucks almost 7 years now. I'll be honest, it's one of the most stressful jobs. I've literally had 5 people quit in the last 2 weeks. Two of them on the same day. Why do I stay though? I'm extremely good at it. Multitasking is a huge plus at Starbucks. Also, they want to hire you more than you think. Starbucks has a big turnover rate and they probably lost a few people within a month. They NEED you! 😎

Go work at whole foods instead

Expect to be asked about your relationship with the company: how often you go, a good memory, your favorite drink, things like that (you can exaggerate a bit on this, if you need to). When asked what you’d do in hypothetical situations or what you’ve done in similar situations, choose examples that show successful multi-tasking and communication/social skills.
