Automatic BPR Replacement Parts (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by Boofasaurus_rex
I have the automatic BPR (blender pitcher rinser) and we had a piece break on it. Just sloshes water instead of jet streaming. Are there pieces you can order on the shopping list on IMS, or is it a facilities call?

IIIiiiiiiiffff I remember correctly - and my memory is pretty hazy - it... has to be ordered as the entire thing? Comes in a box with a new tube, new rinser, and new attachment for the sink.

I can't remember if that has to be ordered *through* facilities somehow, or if we ordered that through IMS. I'm pretty sure that it came in with one of our big orders.

Do you know which part broke? If the water is just sort of gurgling out, did you guys break a gasket?

I know that’s the way for the old version of the BPR. Those are hooked up to a faucet. I have the CBE (Cold Bar Experience) BPR. It has an automatic shut off and has a magnetized sensor. It’s built into the sink technically, but had two removable pieces. I just can’t seem to find them anywhere on IMS.

Oh shit LOL what?? Do all stores have that now or is it a test market thing?

It’s pretty nice! Minus the whole minor delay in shut off if you pull the pitcher off before it stops automatically. 💦😅 Any store that has been remodeled under the new CBE standards usually have them. In addition to milk pitcher rinsers/drip storage sinks at each mastrena, and on the tea bar as well. I don’t think it’s a test market thing anymore, but I have seen CBE stores without them so idk tbh 🥴
