It's within business hours, so the only reasonable reason would be them being a bit swamped with calls. Unless they're dodging reports at the moment...which would be pretty shitty but ultimately unsurprising.
All you can really do is make sure youre calling the right number and I guess wait. You might have to call tomorrow. Depending on the severity of the report you can also try calling Business Ethics & Compliance to see if that works
