Anything I can do about it? I’ve tried calling multiple times and it never answers. I got an answer with the same number over the weekend so I know it works.

Wdym no answer? Like are you trying to make a report and they won't answer, or are you trying to get a follow up to a previous report?

Like I’m calling and they won’t pick up at all, it keeps ringing then says declined

It's within business hours, so the only reasonable reason would be them being a bit swamped with calls. Unless they're dodging reports at the moment...which would be pretty shitty but ultimately unsurprising.
All you can really do is make sure youre calling the right number and I guess wait. You might have to call tomorrow. Depending on the severity of the report you can also try calling Business Ethics & Compliance to see if that works
