Nope! Can't say for sure, but I strongly suspect I've even worked with some people who vape thc on the job. I don't toke anymore but I imagine it makes the job more tolerable if you can get away with it.

They dont test for anything at all! Though I would not recommend coming in for a shift after smoking, its so hard to do any task high🥴

most stores don’t from what i’ve heard! tbh like 75% of starbucks employees are all stoners lmao. most of my supervisors (not my managers just the shifts) knew i smoked weed and they gave zero fucks and a few of them did too. but if you get hurt on the job they’ll drug test you. so just don’t get hurt and you’re gucci my friend!

I dont smoke anymore - no judgemenfs to those that do - but they never questioned my "sobriety" when I applied nor since Ive been working there. I sas never asked about recreational use of anything during the interview process.

They do conduct a "cursory" background check so. If there were problems with being sober on the job at another employer it may come up and I'm not sure if Strbucks would offer a job in that case.

At my last store in Washington it actually would’ve been 99% or my store. There was 2 out of 36 people that didn’t
