Former partner (222****) quit after 5.5 year and this is the first time anyone reached out asking why. (i.redd.it)

Sounds like SB is worried about the union situation.

And they give $5 to spend at the job you quit.

Cool thanks.

I know not everyone is the same but since I officially quit in January I cannot make myself go back into a store. There are some partners that I'd love to see but that comes along with customers, the smell and the beeping of the millions of things there that beep.

The beeping is too damn much.

Do you remember the last day you went a whole 24 hours without something beeping at you? How many times a day do you think you get beeped at? I knew my number of beeps was way too damn high. I don't think it's good for the mental.

I joined in July, so I’m still somewhat new, but I have zero loyalty towards this company. Whenever some of the coworkers who quit and I used to work with come in: I make their drinks for free. That’s the least I could do to make up for Starbucks’s lack of respect towards its employees.

Good. Nobody should have loyalty to a shithole company like this. One of the partners (I honestly might be tempted to not even call her that), is super anti union and is loyal af to the company and it urks me.

Nobody should have loyalty to big corporations/retail.

Especially in a captialist society.

I just got this and quit 2 months ago. I was super confused and thought maybe my old SM just now took me out of the system, but now that you just got it too maybe they’re sending it out to everyone who quit relatively recently
philosopher_cat_lady 2 points 1y ago
I quit relatively recently and didn't get one
Texastexastexas1 2 points 1y ago
Why did you quit?
codysuxx 27 points 1y ago
Oof, looks like some folks up at corporate/PR are starting to see some of the drastic decline in company morale over the years. Doubt it, but I hope so.
nezaket 21 points 1y ago
plz eviscerate them in the survey for us
baristabiitch 14 points 1y ago
They just sent me that too!! (248**** Quit in September)
nicathor 13 points 1y ago
"So sorry you quit. We'd love to know where we went wrong. Here's most of a free drink if you tell us"
The_Infinite_Doctor 7 points 1y ago
If I thought they'd listen I'd say go all in and tell them the unvarnished truth. Well, if it'll make you feel better, do it anyway :p
Js_On_My_Yeet 5 points 1y ago
Honestly, rip them a new one. What are they gunna do? Fire you? lol
LackOfColor_ 4 points 1y ago
If you qualify they’ll send a gift card?? Do they mean if you speak highly of them?? Lol no I’d be so honest
brihea 3 points 1y ago
I'm a 221****, left after 4 years, didn't get a survey afterwards and definitely won't go back.
myredditusername919 3 points 1y ago
man i would fill that put for free
seattle-random 3 points 1y ago
Maybe you and baristabiitch are only receiving it now because it's a new survey and didn't exist months ago. So receiving it now doesn't mean they didn't realize until now.

If former employees think things should change, then let corporate know. Otherwise, they are not going to know. And things will never improve. Corporate will just get info from district managers. And do you think they or SM's are going to tell corp the things that are going wrong?
Collegecakes 1 points 1y ago
got that too
