so i read about that in a training but my store has no space to put an ipad by the bar plus like, no staff, so we have not been using the dpm at all. is this bad? are any other stores like this?

we don’t use it. at all. i don’t think anyone in our district does bc i mobile & borrow to other stores & i’ve never used it personally or been notified of anything ab my mobile order

Never seen it used. If we put it by bar it'd be in reach of customers. Our clientele will and have stolen at least one of anything not bolted down, the iPad would last approximately 0.005 seconds guaranteed.

Edit: not the DOM, the tablet for mobile orders that's stuck to a pedestal and is by the MOP station. I'm talking about the app onthe iPad.

We try to use it throughout the day, but it kills the battery after a few hours and it doesn’t help when one of our charging blocks is broken 😅

We use it every day and haven’t noticed a difference. What’s funny is that now people will lie to our faces about placing their order “30 minutes ago” but I will look at the DPM and it says 5 minutes ago 😂

We only use it if we're flooded with mobiles/cafe/deliveries and the person who did a mobile is in Drive ready to pick and we can't find the sticker bc we're like 20 minutes behind

I personally like it right now. But maybe that's because it's new.

We just started to use are today's I will try to report back about it.

we use it but i don’t think it actually ever notifies anyone
