I’m a rehire and I’ve been at my store for about 3 months now. I believe I’m now eligible for benefits which was the main reason I decided to come back, but I don’t work enough hours to be eligible. I’ve asked my manager multiple times if I can have more hours and still nothing. It’s really frustrating since there are kids in high school getting more hours than me and there are even some people getting overtime. Im just starting to get really annoyed because I don’t think I should have to ask so often for decent hours and still get nothing. Not sure what to do. Advice?
