Huge focuses right now are operating with customers at our core and ALWAYS prioritizing customers over tasking (there will be time for tasking after your rushes!)
Take some time to think about examples of when you helped another barista overcome a challenge, a time that you made a moment right for a customer, examples of time management and working together for a common goal, typical interview questions.
And how you bring your personal purpose to life in your day to day at work!

It’s all about deploying the floor and coaching. Talk about using the play builder to best utilize each baristas skills. Share stories about coaching experiences you’ve had at sbux and talk about how you’ve influenced your team in a positive way. At the end of the day, the SM’s job is to hire SSV’s that make them have to do less work. So make yourself look like you can do that lol
