That must be incredibly frustrating. But no job is worth your sanity.

There are some things that Starbucks will have trouble accomodating. When we're understaffed we have little choices in places we can put people, asking to multitask to support a good close is needed with our labor shortages. Starbucks revolves around everyone doing their job and 10x more at any given moment.

Hope everything works out for you

Might have something to do with our "accessibility training" being from 2014, and never updated 😒

Sorry they're treating you like that. You deserve so much better 😞

We need to make noise about this and get it updated

There's almost always a planted position available on the floor. (Example: bar) If they don't want to put you there either they're ba jerk on a power trip, OR you need to improve your skills in that area. Maybe try asking "hey shifty-bro, I haven't been getting much bar practice recently, can I be there today?" Then you aren't asking to "do less"

What time of day is this happening? Maybe you could change availability. If it’s like 10 minutes after opening I’m doing this and likely making my own drinks too. If it’s peak this should be an unheard of situation.

Solo drive is a lot even when it’s not busy for a non-disabled person, I’m sorry that you experienced that. ❤️
