Congrats on unionizing, partners! We stand for workplace democracy. Union busting is nothing new, and no amount of rhetoric (“warm regards”) matters when we don’t have the action taken to give us workplace democracy. It’s not that our corporate leaders are intently acting against all of us, but the structure
of not allowing us workplace democracy creates “corporation vs worker”, Rossann.

Corporate only gives us a say when we keep pressure on them. Next step - Get a labor representative on the board of directors
