I swear! So I work at a Tarbucks and we are so short staffed that when I'm the only one working there, no one can cover my breaks. So customers feel so entitled for me to serve them for their lunch breaks and I just want to go on mine! I'm done and tired and can't wait for tomorrow cause it'll be my last day. ✌

I had days like that. I'd tape a sign to the plexiglass saying "barista on break, back at <time>" and I'd literally just leave for my breaks. It's company policy for you to get your 15s, and in certain states it's a legal requirement for you to get your lunch. Check the laws for your area and make sure you take the time you're entitled to.
