You can call the ASU financial aid office and ask if you want to be sure, but the SCAP only covers tuition so I don’t see how that would be included.

I had the idea to call them as I clicked post. They said you are eligible to take the tests while enrolled in the plan you just have to pay for the actual testing. $80 for 3 Accelerated credits is not too bad.
