What is Drive Through like? What's your set up? How many drive thru windows do y'all have? (self.starbucksbaristas)

So. I'm just a measly kiosk Starbucks barista. We don't have a drive through. Nor do we have a huge store dedicated to Starbucks as a whole (since we're a licensing store). I just wanted to know.

My store is DT, and it is the focus of our entire store. Only one window, but two people work it during peak, one taking orders (DTO) and one taking payment and handing out drinks/food at the register (DTR), and throughout the day (not just peak) we try to keep two people on bar, one for cafe and one for drive-thru. My store does roughly 70% of its total business via drive-thru, so it is easy to see why so much manpower is dedicated to it.

Some are, some aren't. Its a pretty standard mixed bag of customers. Some who i have genuinely missed and worried about when i didn't see them during the height of the pandemic, and some who everyone openly groans whenever we hear their voice through our headsets.
