When your starbucks neighbor closes early, and all of their traffic goes to your store and it just so happens to be a Saturday 🙃.

I live in Washington & this happens often. We have about 4 Starbucks (3 drive thru, 1 cafe) within 5 minutes of each other. Usually they send over partners from the store that is closed to ours though.

Or when they turn off their mobiles and you get all of their mobiles and people don't pick them up because customers think they're ordering at the other store

This is my favorite. Customers showing up for stuff you didn't make, another sbux making ghost drinks all damn day. Of the many ways the app is a failure, this is probably the worst.
