The new ones are great but have some common problems. Usually “water flow low” is a big one. Just remember to run a manual rinse whenever you have free time this will reduce the chance of seeing the water flow problem and keep shots pulling at the right time. (Internal rinse does not rinse the holes where the shots come out of)

my store is “hopefully” (privacy reasons) getting renovated soon so i am hoping we get new machines. every day i work the machines break down

I don't doubt it, but having worked with both I much prefer the Mastrena II. So much faster and easier.
