Alright so im a former partner in good standing with the company but a few qualms with how my store was managed and issues with back pay etc. Anyway I have a meeting with the DM of my old district and I was just wondering if anyone would like me to bring anything up for them :)

Staffing to a bare minimum as to where a SINGLE call out blows the entire plan.
And when you staff to a minimum it increases stress levels.

This!! Managers seem to be rewarded when staffed to the absolute tightest margin. The company seems to be testing out how far they can go with how hard they can make their employees work in a single shift. Many of my baristas do the work of 2 or 3 in one shift. And bux wont only get bigger margins with this. They are burning out their skilled workers!! Our mental health is at an all time low qnd our physical health is deteriorating far too fast. This is directly connected to labor cuts.
