Make sure any tips( cash) are in a sealed envelope with your baristas name on it if you are just giving to one or a few people. Some places require any tips to be put in the tip jar and split later. Some managers allow you to keep them, but it's best to just avoid that trouble and put the names on it directly if you can since they can't force the barista to open it or give away the contents.

Personalized pens if you figure out their full name (in a non creepy way), a envelope with a tip for them specifically (if it's not in an envelope addressed to them they'll have to split it), if you crochet or anything like that, gloves or hats for the winter are always nice.

I'd be careful giving food, lots of my coworkers are lactose intolerant and/or allergic to peanuts. Also some of them are a little iffy about getting food from someone.
