Honestly it sounds like you cant really work right now, you have too much going on. If youre on disability, you can't really work a job like Starbucks either, it's too high demand. You need to start looking for a job you can legitimately meet the demands for, even with your disability.

I can work the job fine I just can’t more than certain hours a week because SSI will cut my funding. When I was working far from home it was ok the work part. I just got severe anxiety and can’t live by myself and had to leave. Plus i need the money 800 dollars isn’t near enough for anyone to live off and that’s what the wonderful American government gives

The employer has a duty to accommodate your disability. They cannot ask you to “be bubbly and energetic”, they can’t control your damn emotions. Familiarize yourself with the Americans with Disabilities Act, get a free consultation with a lawyer who specializes in disability and/or labor law (make sure they rep employees not employers)! Also, document all interactaction with your employer from now on. Dates, times, phone call logs, save all emails, etc. Document everything!

In your situation, it would be best to find a different job. You've already burned the bridge with Starbucks by asking for too many accommodations in a short period of time, and taking too many breaks. Corporations just wont do it. Youre not going to start a class action lawsuit, so just look for a different job.

I don’t understand how I’m asking for too many accommodations from him when I took a leave of absence it was already in my paperwork that I could only work certain amount of hours a week because of the SSI thing. He needed a letter from my doctor even though corporate already has this because when I was hired I had a copy given to my boss and one faxed to the PCC. That’s literally the only thing I ever asked this guy for. And my old SM was more than willing to transfer me. I was ready to come in and work in October. He forgot to do his job and tell me I needed to contact Sedgwick to tell them I’m going back to work. It’s the company’s fault for hiring me then because I signed that paper that asks if you have a disability and by law they have to make accommodations.
