So one of our shifts has been enforcing reading weekly updates and signing a thing to indicate we have. My question is, would I read the update while clocked in or while clocked out?

clocked in. time worked is time paid is what my SM says and that's considered part of the job in my book since its work related

Always clocked in. Anything work-related needs to be paid (aside from like clothes shopping for dress code-specific stuff lol)
