Now that the Union passed for at least one store, when can stores in other areas join? My store (NorCal) has been talking about it and watching excitedly, and we want to know how we can get our store/district with the Union.

You’d have to apply for a union vote in your area and start the process from scratch at your store

What does that look like? Would I have to talk to the same Union Buffalo joined? Do I just call and say “I want to work on making a union vote?”

You could try sending an email to the organizers in Buffalo at sbworkersunited@gmail.com. I'm sure they get lots of inquires from partners like you, and probably could send you alot of info on organizing.

Every state is different. Google union organizers in your area and reach out to one if you’re interested. Just keep it on the low at first
