So I'm working at the DTO at Starbucks and this lady pulled up and ordered a Venti Iced caramel Macchiato and 2 pup cups for her dogs. She sounded like she was in a really good mood so of course I chuckled because it was begining to seem like a positive atmosphere. But out of nowhere, she got angry and snapped at me and asked "Why the fuck are you laughing!?!" then rolled her window up. Then she rolls her window back down and starts arguing with me and my other coworker working at the window. She kept screaming at us and when I was telling her the total, which was $5.90, she got pissed and says " I COME HERE EVERYDAY!! I KNOW WHAT THE TOTAL IS!! IM CALLING CORPORATE!!"

I almost lost it with this bitch...

But I just said "Ok" and she speeds off to the window. Luckily my supervisor overheard everything and came to my rescue to help her out at the window.

The customer was literally crying and told my supervisor "I'm just having a bad day..". I looked at her pissed because it was extremely wrong of her to take her anger out on me when I'm just here to do my job. And of course, I've been nothing but nice to her and this is how she treats me. I told the manager everything and she told me I can just be on bar or do anything except DTO for the rest of the day.

I hope that customer falls on giant spike one day....
