I love that you stick up for them, we need more SSVs that tell Karens how it is. I swear we are enabling bad behavior when we comp drinks or give refunds when nothing was actually wrong with their order/experience.

The many times I told my co worker just to straight up lie to the rude ones when they come in. Just lie we can afford to make no money lol.

I always tell all the baristas I work with that I’ll stand up for them the second they feel umcomfortable/unsafe. It sucks that I’ve had to go through it myself over the years of customer service to find the courage to stand up for others but I’m so happy to take it so no one else has to deal with it.
