I work in the cafe of the Barnes and Noble on my college campus and I’m preparing to interview for the real Starbucks that is being built. What are some things that I can do to make sure I get the job? TIA

I had to answer questions like “what do customers want when they come in to Starbucks?” and “how can we make the customers’ day better?”. It’s the usual customer-is-the-king kind of spiel. You’ll ace it.
