I wore just a pair of jeans and a shirt, you are technically on the clock, but you arent on the floor so dont be too hard about the clothes you wear, just dont show up in pajamas and you should be fine, my onboarding was quick, and my SM had set aside 4 hours, I finished in 2 but was told that I was free to go and would be paid the full amount, you will get a free drink as you are now part of the company, so get you a nice drink, sit back and take your time, ask questions if you need to, it will show your SM that you are invested in this job for the long run.
