this one time a hoard of your most run of the mill, snobbish customers came in over the holidays wearing christmas sweaters and being totally oblivious to the atmosphere starbucks tries to present; so i called them “christmas NPCs” to one of my coworkers and we were muffling our laughter very poorly over the course of their visit. the fellow paying for it all comes up and asked us if we were laughing at them and i was just like “uhhhh no i heard a joke earlier and can’t get over it.” 100% bought my lie cuz what do the wealthy know of reality really.

One time I couldn’t help but burst into tears laughing cause a lady handed me a $20 bill and to my surprise it felt furry on the bottom. I turned it over and 2 false eyelashes were stuck to it 😩 kinda gross but I laughed so hard.

i would be MORTIFIED
