Have you tried to get it covered? People are usually eager to get that holiday pay.

Isn’t working Christmas Day volunteer based?? My store manager asked us if 6 partners wanted to volunteer to work that day. I volunteered for the opening shift and wont be missing much with my family

in our store its just treated like any other day, anyone that usually works saturdays and didnt request time off that day ended up on the schedule! i ended up switching shifts with someone tho so happy ending!

I always sign up to work on christmas, mostly because my family is extremely religious and i need the excuse to not get dragged to church with them 🤷♂️
And also time and a half lmao
