I want to unionize. I work at Target, and management is laughably awful. We don't have a manager at our store and haven't for the past four months. We've had so many baristas leave we're down to five, and whatever power that is has decided it's a good idea to EXTEND the hours of our store. I can't make this shit up.

I started at this Starbucks store in this Target a month ago. I've never seen such a nightmare before. Part of that is because we don't have a manager. But the fact that we don't have a manager in the first place is fucking bullshit.
