Does anyone else feel like Baristas at licensed stores should be given partner numbers for discounts. I work at the Starbucks in my schools campus and although I’m technically employed by my school it’s not like a grocery store where you work in other sections. I work exclusively at Starbucks and follow Starbucks policy. Idk I feel like we’re getting the short end while dealing with the same things.

I agree. I work a liscnsed store (grocery, but the baristas ONLY work Starbucks, because we make tips so we are on a different payroll section). We're union so we're well payed and taken care of but NGL a free coffee to get me through that 530 opening would be nice!

Yes!!!! We sadly don’t get tips Bc of university rules and we get paid our schools rate, but I feel like they should have our name logged somewhere Bc now that schools out for winter break I’m gonna have to go back to paying full price 😭😭

I work at a grocery store Starbucks with very minimal supervision so we all get away with making ourselves free stuff every day but yeah, it should be allowed anyway

I think we should. I manage a kiosk in a grocery store and other partners are always shocked when we tell them we don’t get free drinks/ partner numbers.
