We had a girl transfer in from out of state during the height of the pandemic, and it was months before I could recognize her at the DT.

It’s crazy! I had a shift leader come through the drive thru one time and she smiled at me until I noticed and turned off my customer service voice 😂

I did this😂 my shift came to the window and I was like hi it’s gonna be this much today and he just looked at me for a second and started to say something before I realized and got his numbers

The green beans never recognize me on my day off because my hair is down & I'm not wearing black. Happens every time.
