At our district at least that’s when you have a sit down with other new hires around the district and chat with the DM about your experiences concerns etc. gives Pretty casual. Helps to check in with new folks and get honest feedback on training and any store issues that could be going on. What support y’all may be needing more of. What’s keeping you excited etc.

Hahahaha - pretty sure I’ve had that convo with my manager already when I told her I understood why we were so short staffed and people keep quitting left and right and then found out she’s leaving the drive through I’m at to go back to a cafe cause she has “personal” things going on. Not that I doubt she has a life outside of work but the store is a mess.

Met our new manager this week who is going to be managing two of the drive through in our district and it sounds like things might actually start to look up.

We have 18 partners for the busiest drive through/store in our district yesterday he said it should be something like 40 #f***me
