There this regular who orders 16+ drinks a day and never uses stars his count is insane

I had a customer with 4.7k stars and I was like… woah… also he had about $200 on his app

And the ppl with the most stars are always the rudest people every single time lmao. I don’t even ask them if they wanna use them anymore if they have more than 1k cause Ik they’re just gonna scowl at me…

That offer of 6.5k with no expiration and monthly offers (items?) has got me eyeing the credit card.

My store lets you earn them but you can’t use them, so the people that come in 3-4 times a day, everyday for YEARS probably have quite a few

i think it was about the same as what you saw, but what really gets me are the people that have about $200/$300 on their sbux card and hit me with the “can you load a hundred on there for me?” 🥴

Someone sent their kid to the store to order like 5 bevs and I saw some 12k stars or something and I asked her if she wanted to use a reward and I thought she said YES. So I used stars for one free beverage which is 150 stars. That girl’s mom called us back 10 minutes later, mad as hell, and in the middle of peak on a Saturday tied up our shift supervisor and held up the line so she could get her 150 stars back. Karens be churnin’ these stars. I guess alot of ppl are getting Starbucks cups for Christmas

We have a regular that orders 40+ custom drinks for the hospital at least once a week if not more. I haven’t seen the stars on the account but they have to reload 300$+ for every order they do. I can’t imagine the stars

Somewhere around 10k. Every time he came in he bought for the person behind him, quite frankly I don’t think it’s cause he was a super nice guy but cause he wanted the stars
