If you are working for a corp store you do not have to come in if you are scheduled outside of your availability. Also call partner resources as fast as possible and report your manager for this. You wonder why the stores wanna unionize.

I’m in a franchise :/ Also I’m new I just started like three weeks ago and I’m also horrible at confrontation so I’m kinda scared to do anything.

We don’t have franchises. Either you work for a corporate owned store. Or you work for s licensed store within like a target or grocery store or on a campus.

What is up with managers doing this? I swear it’s like a “gotcha” thing... if you come in for one shift outside of your availability, they’ll automatically assume they can just disregard it from now on!
