Be clear with your manager that you’re not willing to cover at other stores.

This is the answer, but also be aware that you may get fewer hours if you don’t go to other stores. Not necessarily as retaliation (though it’s possible), but due to holiday over-staffing at your home store. This is happening at my store, too. We’re all covering at other stores in the district for ⅓ to ½ our scheduled shifts and we’re all still sitting at around 20-25 hours. It shouldn’t be happening, especially without asking you first, but it’s not uncommon.

They must pay you mileage plus your tips. Talk with your SM and just be honest
