Incorrect. You are unvaccinated so you are required to isolate if you worked with that partner for more than 15 minutes.

That sounds all kinds of wrong. Exposure is exposure, regardless who it came from.
I'd call the pcc/prc and ask them about it, tbh

Definitely wrong. My store just had two baristas come back TODAY from isolation for this exact situation.

Morally that sounds incorrect, but I was recently exposed to someone with covid (I’ve been vaxxed and boosted) but I’m feeling fine so I was told I should come in and just monitor my symptoms. Apparently getting tested isn’t even in the policy, that was just something my manager and I both agreed I should do, and I would have done anyway

How long ago was the exposure? If it’s been 5 days since the exposure you should get a test asap

i’m pretty sure that this is correct. there’s a lot of details to the covid policy that aren’t in plain sight.

Until you fail the Covid coach based on symptoms while you are there that develop, or if you fail the Covid coach before your shift, you’re good.
And of course, if you become sick outside of work get it checked asap :)

if you are exposed to anyone who tested positive for covid and do not display symptoms AND are unvaccinated you are to isolate for 10 days
