i understand the plexis as the plexi glass between me and the customer, and the fruit bowls as just like... inclusion containers so know if it has some drink element in it, bare minimum is daily. sauce pumps and containers should be every time you replace them (4 pumps through cleanser, sani, water is enough, take apart is either nightly or clean play only), syrups should be cleaned daily (pretty sure the plastic pumps are single use, most stores i've worked hit them with hot water every day). inclusion bowls/containers have always been switched daily at my store, but 5 days max from the first day you use it. clean any glass/plexiglass separating you from someone at least twice daily.

They should all be cleaned daily as a part of breakdown. Every store does that at a different time but for my store its a part of opening procedures. All pumps (wm, chai, mocha etc), sauce conatiners (mocha, pumpkin), inclusion containers, and syrup holders should be cleaned with warm soapy water, rinsed and then sanitized. If your shifts aren't, speak with your sm. If your sm isn't, speak with your dm.

Unless we’re thinking of two totally different things, I don’t think I’ve ever seen the plexis get changed..
