Shots, any syrups, ice, and then shake. You should have some room left for milk after pouring it into the cup. The milk is filled to the top!

I go kinda against standards, but this is just me. While shots are pulling, and everything is in the shaker. instead of waiting (already sequenced next drink) I poor milk just slightly above the bottom most line. Instead of pooring the shaken espresso then milk, I tend to find that it mixes better and speeds up the process. And in the morning rush, every second matters to us. Ofc I compensate for any modifications they may have, such as light ice etc.
