Holiday gift ideas for my local morning baristas? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hello!
Im an everyday customer and my local Starbucks crew has become special to me. I work from home and am a fulltime dad of a 3yr old so my morning Starbucks runs are some of the only adult interactions I have each day. I wanted to get them something for Christmas but was wondering if you guys had some good ideas? With your insider knowledge, is there something that you'd think they'd appreciate as a holiday gift? (nothing too crazy, i was thinking around $10 - $20 per person)

@jeffythunders cash in an envelope with their name on it. If you give cash without specifying with a name then it goes in the tip jar for the whole staff.

Yeah I would say if you buy a multi-pack of regular and bold sharpies and give 2 regular and 1 bold to each barista, and maybe a fiver and a candy cane if it’s still in your budget along with it. That there is the ideal barista present

We had our store holiday party this past Tuesday. One of our regulars came in and gave us 3 $25 gift certificates to this restaurant in the same center as us. We used them for a raffle, but everyone felt super gracious just because we all know him and love seeing him every morning.
