customer: *hands me card to swipe*

me: *swipes and hands it back*

customer: i want to add $20

me: ok no problem! i’ll have to go back and swipe the card a couple of times, is that ok?

customer: 🙄

me: *does the process* ok! now, i’ll just need to run your debit for the twent—

customer: it’s CREDIT 😡😡😡

me: o..okay no problem! just need to run your credit card

customer: *jabs the card at me*

me: *running the card* how’s your day going today??

customer: 🙄🙄

me: …hoping for snow around the holidays?

customer: *begins to laugh at me and roll her eyes at me at the same time*

me: :1 *hands her her card and shuts the window awkwardly*

What’s the deal with those cards anyway and why can’t they reload them themselves? Some kind of weirdo concierge service. They should ask their grandchildren to do that for them. They’re always so stinky about it.

Just get the app, but pay with the app. “Scan only” and hand me a credit card or worse yet cash has me like 🙄

that’s what i’m thinking. it’s so easy (in fact easier) than having the barista load it for them. majority of the time they ask me mid transaction to reload their card like you couldn’t have at least asked me before i charged you? or you couldn’t have done it yourself so this whole process didn’t have to take up another minute for me to figure everything out? some people are just so lazy they can’t press a few buttons on their phone it’s genuinely sad. it’s understandable if they have a physical card and don’t have a phone that has some sort of touch screen (like a flip phone) bc i have seen that before but it’s another thing if you’re literally USING THE APP ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE. like please, save us the frustration and do it yourself before you come here.

I will never get over The Stare of customers in the drive through. I don’t know what it is that makes them look like they just walked into the wrong class on the first day of college but it’s legit like 80% of the time

it was horrible… i didn’t see it on the ground bc i was too busy looking at a massive iguana just roaming the area (i love reptiles sfm lol) and boom… next thing i know my foot is burning and i have indents from the little circles lol my brothers laughed at me as i was screaming in pain xD traumatic but funny!
