I’ve changed stores 3 times and every time I learn something new about Starbucks, people, and myself. Leaving and starting semi-new isn’t the worst. If you have to move stores to get that promotion do it, the pay is worth being uncomf for the first few months.

I was promoted within my store to SSV. Honestly, every shift who has been promoted since I’ve been there was promoted within.
