I know not all SM are bad. Mine just is one of the "Starbucks is the best company to work for, no other company cares as much as ours does about us." (Literally said that to me once) and they also (i think) subconsciously plays favorites to those who are great at customer connection but those who aren't happy, giddy, and high energy like me are pushed aside. Even though I knew the most about our story, policies, and routine. Ive met really good SMs but it was after my mental health took a turn for the worse.
And as for customers, Ive been in Customer service type roles since I was 13. Thats 15years now. Im sick n tired of being yelled at for doing my job, ignored for asking a question, and not even seen as human. Im done with it.
