1 liter heavy cream, 350 vanilla, rest is 2%. Makes 2 liters sweet cream.

My store is weird however, they always put 1.25 liters heavy cream (they say it foams better) but it’s against standards. I just go with it.

It does do a lot better, I do it against standards As well, we have a measuring cup that we do three of each for a cube(we are a really busy store so we go through 6-7 cubes a day) but I do less 2% and more heavy cream

Use the steaming pitcher to measure. 13 pumps vanilla, 2% to tall line, heavy cream to max, pour in carafe (tall metal thing). 8 pumps vanilla into steaming pitcher, 2% to short line, heavy cream to grande line, pour into carafe. Makes the perfect amount to fit in the carafe

I believe this was the old way before they changed it to use liters and mililiters

From what I understand the newer recipe including liters was created due to high demand of sweet cream. The recipe that I listed is for smaller quantities for lower volume stores!

Ooohhh! I wonder if my original store switched over to the higher volume recipe, then... We were making tons of sweet cream caraffes every day to keep up with the demand, especially after they launched the cold foam.

I thought it was a blanket change across the company. Definitely makes more sense to give stores the option based on how much they sell!

Ya'll are filling Curtis with sweet cream?! That sounds so simple

Lemme simplify it, heavy cream to the 1 liter line, Vanilla syrup to the 1.25 liter line and 2% to the 2 liter line then stir😎.

😳 My store just makes a shit load at a time in the cubes. 2 jugs (half gallon) of heavy cream, 1 bottle of vanilla, half a jug (gallon) of 2%. All in one cube. Split into 3- 2L pitchers.
