When using sick time is their like rules as to how you go about it? Some people have told me you can’t find coverage for your shift if you are using sick time but I feel bad using sick time and not finding coverage if I know I’m not coming in? Any help is appreciated

I believe you just tell your manager and they will input how many hours you want to use
