if ice to the top and not milk then not necessarily a latte. i used to get an iced quad with heavy cream & if they put too much hc it’d ruin it😩

This must be a common drink someone is posting somewhere.

I’m still new so who knows if I’m doing this right but I do the 4 oz (ish) of milk we are allowed to for the types of milk they’ve added.

Do the cold foam based on as much standard as I can and how it’s working that day.

And fill the cup with as much ice as possible haha it usually mostly fills the cup and depending on how nice they are they might get more milk if they ask nicely. If they are rude I walk to cold bar and add more ice and shake it down so it looks full.
