just started working begging of september so it wouldn’t be a until a little later but would i be able to request a week or two off?? would it be considered a LOA?

I also started at the beginning of September and requested off December 27th-January 3rd so I can fly back home, got it approved no problem. It probably depends on your store and your manager but my store is very accommodating with schedules.
