I’m currently interviewing to be an asm next week(pray for me that I get it)
Reading this sub does two things for me.
One is reassured me that I’m doing a great job as a ssv, that I don’t cause nightmare scenarios for my team, but it also opens my eyes to the kinds of things that partners need that I may not know.
I know this and the Starbucks subreddit can get kind of doomscroll heavy, but I use it as a tool to make sure I’m keeping myself in check.
I love my partners and want the best for them. Reading some post here, makes me realize how easily ssv and up can affect the day to day experience, and keeping partners for longer than a month.
TLDR, thank y’all for killing it and I wish I could vouch for each and every one of y’all’s needs at your stores because it seems like unfortunately it’s needed
